Minima

The Minima is a high-quality prosumer-level dual boiler espresso machine with great performance that allows for precise control in easily preparing drinks, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, hot water or steam, all without any special preparation of the machine having to switch it to different "modes", coffee preparation only if you don't need the service boiler (hot water, steam) so as to also have energy savings, or coffee and steam.

An entirely stainless steel construction with a professional E61 group ventilated with solenoid valve.

Water circulates through the group head and brew boiler, the metal of the group (8 lbs of solid brass with chrome plating) acts as a heat sink to keep the water temperature stable while brewing your espresso.

The Minima is a low maintenance and easy to use coffee machine with simple controls having all the machine information available via the PID

Double 316L stainless steel boiler with stainless steel heating elements, PID temperature control, timer control and error control, and also a delivery timer.

In the very small space there is a 2.3 liter steam boiler which allows unique performances in terms of power and duration, and a silenced 15 bar vibration pump A simple, compact and unmistakable design makes the "minima" aesthetically very pleasant.

The components are entirely Italian.
